Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (“REMIT”) is a regulation tailored to the energy sector to prevent insider trading and market abuse. In accordance with Article 4(1) Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 there is an obligation to publish available inside information. bayernets: IT-system failure

Due to an IT-system failure bayernets had to re-upload the interruptible monthly product “Haiming 2-7F/bn Entnahme FZK” (Entry) for transport capacities from 1 September 2018 6am to 1 October 2018 6am. The product has now been published and will be marketed as well as all other interruptible monthly products on 28.08.2018 at 9am. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

bayernets: IT Update

We have to maintain our IT-infrastructure urgently. For this reason, bayernets will not be able to process any capacity bookings or (re-) nominations on 12 April 2018 between 11:05 – 11:35 a.m.

Update: The issue has been fixed and the Within Day auctions for bayernets can be marketed as expected. The processing of nominations and matching messages is working again as usually.

Currently bayernets is not able to process nominations or matching messages. Furthermore, we are not able to create any confirmations related to the nomination and matching process.

All Within Day auctions for bayernets (Überackern, Überackern 2, Zone Kiefersfelden-Pfronten) are currently affected by an IT-system failure and can therefore not be marketed on PRISMA.
