Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (“REMIT”) is a regulation tailored to the energy sector to prevent insider trading and market abuse. In accordance with Article 4(1) Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 there is an obligation to publish available inside information. To the best of its knowledge, bayernets publishes available inside information as so-called Urgent Market Messages (UMM).

We herewith disclose the following information in accordance with Article 4(1) Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011:

Marktgebiet: NetConnect Germany

Currently, bayernets can only display basic prices without BEATE runtime multipliers and storage discounts on PRISMA.

However, the respective factors according to our price list and BEATE will apply and be considered for invoicing.

We are working to find a solution to this problem and regret any inconvenience that may be caused.

Due to maintenance works during the period 30 September 2015, 09:30-13:00, all procedures related to PRISMA (e.g. bookings and registrations) will be interrupted, but the processing of nominations and matching messages will not be affected.

bayernets extends marketing period

At present bayernets offers capacity products up to three years in advance, e.g. in the current gas year 2014/2015 customers are able to book capacity products up to the 1 October 2017.

This practice will be changed with effect from 1 July 2015 (10:00 AM CEST) onwards. From this moment bayernets will extend the marketing period and customers will be able to book capacity products up to 15 years in advance.

Fortunately, we were able to find a solution to this problem and can now include all relevant BEATE modulations on PRISMA.
