Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (“REMIT”) is a regulation tailored to the energy sector to prevent insider trading and market abuse. In accordance with Article 4(1) Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 there is an obligation to publish available inside information. Alarmstufe im Notfallplan Gas: Beendigung Krise gemäß Leitfaden Krisenvorsorge Gas

Die deutschen Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber beenden heute die Ankündigung der im März 2022 ausgerufenen Maßnahmen gemäß des Leitfadens „Krisenvorsorge Gas“, da keine besonderen Risiken oder Störungen mehr für die Sicherheit oder Zuverlässigkeit des Gasversorgungssystems zu erwarten sind. Die Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber werden die Situation weiterhin genau beobachten und bei einer Verschlechterung der Lage über die zu ergreifenden Maßnahmen informieren.
