Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (“REMIT”) is a regulation tailored to the energy sector to prevent insider trading and market abuse. In accordance with Article 4(1) Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 there is an obligation to publish available inside information. Pipeline damage in BS80 / ABG (bayernets staff is on-site, the situation is under control).

Restrictions of capacity usage are expected to last until 13th November 2016 23:59!

  • Freely-allocable firm (FZK) and interruptible capacities for entry and exit in Überackern, Überackern 2 and USP Haidach may be interrupted. We expect interruptions on a larger scale.
  • Load flows at Haiming 2-7F/bn and Haiming 2-RAGES/bn will be completely interrupted.
  • Limited-allocable capacities (BZK) at Überackern 2 and USP Haidach will not be affected.
