Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (“REMIT”) is a regulation tailored to the energy sector to prevent insider trading and market abuse. In accordance with Article 4(1) Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 there is an obligation to publish available inside information. bayernets: Aussetzung der vermarktbaren Kapazität

Marktgebiet: NetConnect Germany

Aufgrund einer technischen Störung an der Leitung ABG/BS80 setzt bayernets ab dem 11.11.2016 10:00 Uhr die Vermarktung der Kapazitäten für die folgenden Netzpunkte in beiden Richtungen aus: Haiming 2-7F/bn, Haiming 2-RAGES/bn, Überackern, Überackern 2, USP Haidach.

Betroffen sind die Kapazitätsarten uFZK und FZK. BZK-Transporte sind nach wie vor möglich.

Die Einschränkung wird voraussichtlich bis Sonntag, den 13.11.2016 23:59 Uhr bestehen.
