Access to bayernets' gas transmission system is provided on a non-discriminatory basis to all gas-fired power plant and storage operators as well as to industrial and trade customers.

For operators of gas-fired power plants and natural gas storage facilities, the regulations set out in Sections 38 and 39 of the Gas Network Access Ordinance (GasNZV) shall apply for reserving or increasing capacities.
