REMIT

Die Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1227/2011 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates über die Integrität und Transparenz des Energiegroßhandelsmarkts (Englisch: Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency („REMIT“)) ist eine speziell auf den Energiesektor zugeschnittene Verordnung zur Verhinderung von Insiderhandel und Marktmissbrauch. Gemäß Art. 4 Abs. 1 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1227/2011 besteht eine Veröffentlichungspflicht bei Vorliegen von Insider-Informationen. bayernets veröffentlicht vorliegende Insider-Informationen als sogenannte Urgent Market Messages (UMM) nach bestem Wissen.

Furthermore, the processing of nominations and matching-messages will be delayed. However, please be assured that all mismatches or other discrepancies regarding your confirmed quantities / allocations will be fixed afterwards.

In case you notice any problem with your nomination, please get in touch with us after the maintenance.
