bayernets veröffentlicht hiermit das für das Tarifjahr 2020 anwendbare Transportentgelt. Das Entgelt für eine feste frei zuordenbare Ein- und Ausspeisekapazität mit einer Laufzeit von einem Jahr beträgt 4,07 € /kWh/h/a. Dieses Briefmarkenentgelt wurde gemäß der BNetzA-Festlegung REGENT erstmalig einheitlich für das Marktgebiet Net Connect Germany berechnet.

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass gegen die Festlegung REGENT Beschwerdeverfahren vor dem OLG Düsseldorf anhängig sind. Je nach Fortgang des Verfahrens kann sich die Tarifstruktur der bayernets kurzfristig ändern.

bayernets wird in der Jahresauktion am 1.07.2019 keine festen frei zuordenbaren Einspeisekapazitäten ab dem 1. Oktober 2021 anbieten.

Dieser Schritt erfolgt, da das endgültige Kapazitätsmodell für das deutschlandweite Marktgebiet (geplanter Start am 1. Oktober 2021) noch nicht fest steht. Die Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber werden sich bemühen, über geeignete Maßnahmen das Kapazitätsangebot in den folgenden Jahresauktionen wieder zu erhöhen.

PRISMA: During this period we will not be able to process any bookings.

EDIFACT: During this period we will be able to receive and process nomination- and matching-messages, but we will not be able to create and transfer messages to your company (e.g. NOMRES/DELRES/DELORD/MSCONS). For this reason, we cannot exclude mismatches/deviations regarding your nominations especially at the cross-border points to Austria where we are the passive matching operator (Uberackern/Uberackern 2). These deviations will be corrected afterwards.

For the summer period (1 April 2019 – 1 October 2019) bayernets will offer all available firm freely-allocable exit capacity (Exit FZK) at storages in competition starting with the monthly auctions for April 2019 (auction start 18.03.2019 09:00).

Currently the following exit capacities are still available:

• 01.04.2019/06 - 01.07.2019/06: Exit 860.600 kWh/h FZK offered in monthly auctions
• 01.07.2019/06 - 01.10.2019/06: Exit 1.580.600 kWh/h FZK offered in quarterly auction (auction start 06.05.2019 09:00) and monthly auctions

These capacities will be offered at the storages Haiming 2-7F/bn, Haiming 2-RAGES/bn, Inzenham-West USP, USP Haidach and USP Wolfersberg in competition.

In the subsequent yearly (auction start 01.07.2019 09:00) and quarterly auctions (auction start 05.08.2019 09:00) this procedure will be expanded to Entry FZK and conditional capacity (bFZK*) as well.

*bayernets will offer temperature-related capacity products (TaK) for periods from January 2020 onwards. Currently we assume to offer 1.403 MWh/h Entry/Exit bFZK in competition at all storages. This capacity will be offered for the first time in the yearly auctions on 01 July 2019 (periods from October 2020 onwards) and the quarterly auctions on 05 August 2019 (periods from January 2020 onwards).

On Saturday, 23 February 2019, we will maintain our IT-infrastructure. For this reason, bayernets will not be able to process any capacity bookings or (re-)nominations between 11:00 a.m. and 01:00 p.m.

Regrettably, there was an IT error affecting the marketing of interruptible capacity at the Entry of Haiming 2-7F/bn and USP Haidach in the next monthly auction (published 22.01.2019 07:00 / auction start 29.01.2019 09:00).

Due to this error there were no interruptible monthly entry products published at Haiming 2-7F/bn and USP Haidach.

If you intend to book an interruptible monthly product in entry direction for February 2019 at Haiming 2-7F/bn and USP Haidach, please send us an email until 29.01.2019 12:00 to market@bayernets.de. The email should at least contain the following information:

• Point (Haiming 2-7F/bn or USP Haidach) – direction Entry
• Amount of capacity (in kWh/h)
• Balancing group
• Your EIC

We will book the capacity manually using the equal time stamp (29.01.2019 12:00) for all capacity bookings.

Informationen zur MONACO-Leitung:

Zusätzliche Kapazitäten und Auswirkungen auf die Unterbrechungswahrscheinlichkeit

die bayernets GmbH hat die Bauarbeiten an der Erdgasfernleitung MONACO von Burghausen nach Finsing erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

Zusätzliche feste Kapazitäten gemäß des deutschen Netzentwicklungsplans Gas 2016 – 2026 werden sich erst nach Inbetriebnahme weiterer Ausbaumaßnahmen voraussichtlich bis Ende 2019 ergeben. Jedoch ist bayernets bereits mit Inbetriebnahme der MONACO das Angebot zusätzlicher fester frei-zuordenbarer Entry-Kapazitäten im Raum Haidach-Haiming möglich. Diese zusätzlichen Kapazitäten werden wir für die Monate Januar und Februar 2019 pro-rata Anhand der maximal am Speicheranschlusspunkt möglichen Kapazität auf die Speicher USP Haidach, Haiming 2-7F/bn und Haiming 2-RAGES/bn verteilen. Es ergibt sich die folgende Aufteilung:

• Monate Januar und Februar 2019: Zusätzliche FZK Entry Kapazität in Höhe von 500.000 kWh/h
  • FZK Entry +243.563 kWh/h USP Haidach
  • FZK Entry +219.903 kWh/h Haiming 2-7F/bn
  • FZK Entry +36.534 kWh/h Haiming 2-RAGES/bn

Diese Kapazitäten werden wir Ihnen ab 7. Januar 2019 über PRISMA zur Verfügung stellen (Januar nur als Tages- bzw. untertägige Kapazität, Februar auch als Monatskapazität; erste Auktion Day-Ahead 7. Januar 2019 für den Gastag 8. Januar 2019).

Überdies erwarten wir an den Punkten Überackern, Überackern 2, USP Haidach, Haiming 2-7F/bn und Haiming 2-RAGES/bn bereits mit Inbetriebnahme der MONACO eine Verbesserung der Transportsituation bei unseren unterbrechbaren Kapazitäten. Dies betrifft vor allem die Richtung Entry und im geringeren Umfang auch die Richtung Exit.

Darüber hinaus erwarten wir durch den bereits erfolgten Abschluss der Baumaßnahme des SAP Haiming III eine zusätzliche Verbesserung der Transportsituation bei unseren unterbrechbaren Kapazitäten am Speicheranschlusspunkt Haidach.
