Die Netzentgelte für eine feste frei-zuordenbare Kapazität mit einer Laufzeit von einem Jahr (Referenzpreis / „Briefmarke“) belaufen sich für das Marktgebiet Trading Hub Europe (THE) auf 3,80 €/(kWh/h)/a bzw. 0,01041096 €/(kWh/h)/d mit Wirkung ab dem 01.10.2021. Diese ersetzen den Referenzpreis in Höhe von 3,77 €/(kWh/h)/a bzw. 0,01032877 €/(kWh/h)/d aus dem Preisblatt vom 04.06.2020 für den Zeitraum 01.01.2021 – 01.10.2021.

Pursuant to the ruling BK9-18/610-NCG (REGENT) of the Bundesnetzagentur, the tariff for annual firm freely allocable capacity (FZK) in the market area of NetConnect Germany to be applied as of January 1st 2021 until October 1st 2021 amounts to 3,77 €/kWh/h/a. According to ongoing appeals procedures against REGENT the tariff may be adjusted.

According to tenor 3 lit. a of the BNetzA decision KAP+ from 25.03.2020 (BK7-19-037) TSO bayernets informed BNetzA about the amount of additional capacity („Zusatzkapazität“) and disclosed this information on her homepage (www.bayernets.de). In the following years equivalent information will solely be disclosed on the homepage of bayernets.

Due to urgent IT-system maintenance works during the period 05 November 2019, 12:00 – 14:00 CET, all procedures related to PRISMA (e.g. bookings and registrations) will be interrupted. Furthermore, bayernets will not be able to process or create any nomination- and matching messages during this period.

On Monday, 28 October 2019, from 11 – 12 a.m. we will update our nomination and matching management system. During this period bayernets will not be able to create any confirmations or matching messages. All messages received, will be collected and processed after the update.

This update will include a new procedure – the „buffering of nominations“. This principle was already introduced in the Common Business Practice „Harmonisation of the Nomination and Matching Process 2003-002/01“(CBP):

„It is also agreed that nominations can be sent at all times. However, only the last applicable nomination that was sent before a nomination deadline will be taken into account. This principle of ‘buffering nominations’ will be used throughout the whole process.“

Wälzungsbetrag für Marktraumumstellung Kalenderjahr 2020:

Der spezifische Wälzungsbetrag für die Marktraumumstellung beträgt im Kalenderjahr 2020 bundesweit 0,5790 €/kWh/h/a. Die gesamten bundesweit gemeldeten Kosten für Marktraumumstellung belaufen sich auf 179.168.392,21 € für das Jahr 2020. Die gesamten bundesweit gemeldeten Ist-Kosten für Marktraumumstellung belaufen sich für das Jahr 2018 auf 95.459.483,30 €.

Please note:

During this period bayernets will not be able to create any confirmations (NOMRES) or matching messages (DELORD/DELRES).

Furthermore, no incoming messages will be processed during this period.

All messages received from 10 a.m. to 01 p.m. will be collected and processed after the update.
