Alarmstufe im Notfallplan Gas: Beendigung Krise gemäß Leitfaden Krisenvorsorge Gas

Die deutschen Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber beenden heute die Ankündigung der im März 2022 ausgerufenen Maßnahmen gemäß des Leitfadens „Krisenvorsorge Gas“, da keine besonderen Risiken oder Störungen mehr für die Sicherheit oder Zuverlässigkeit des Gasversorgungssystems zu erwarten sind. Die Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber werden die Situation weiterhin genau beobachten und bei einer Verschlechterung der Lage über die zu ergreifenden Maßnahmen informieren.

Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber veröffentlichen Biogaswälzungsbetrag 2023

Das gesamtdeutsche Marktgebiet Trading Hub Europe (THE) hat den für 2023 geltenden Biogaswälzungsbetrag ermittelt: Dieser beläuft sich auf 0,6983 Euro pro Kilowattstunde pro Stunde pro Jahr (€/kWh/h/a). Die Kosten für Netzanschluss und Einspeisung von Biogas werden auf die Entgelte für Ausspeisepunkte zu direkt angeschlossenen Letztverbrauchern sowie nachgelagerten Netzbetreibern der Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber in Deutschland gleichermaßen verteilt.

Gemäß § 7 der Kooperationsvereinbarung in der jeweils gültigen Fassung ("KoV") in Verbindung mit dem Leitfaden Kostenwälzung Biogas veröffentlichen die FNBs den im Bundesgebiet einheitlich gültigen spezifischen Biogaskosten-Wälzungsbetrag.

Veröffentlichung des Wälzungsbetrages für die Marktraumumstellung von L- auf H-Gas 

Die Marktraumumstellungsumlage (MRU-Umlage) wird gem. § 25 der Geschäftsbedingungen für den Ein- und Ausspeisevertrag bzw. gem. § 10 KoV über alle Netze bundesweit gewälzt und an allen Ausspeisepunkten zusätzlich zu den Netzentgelten erhoben. Ausspeisepunkte zu Speichern sowie Grenzübergangs- und Marktgebietsübergangspunkten werden nicht berücksichtigt.

Wälzungsbetrag für Marktraumumstellung Kalenderjahr 2023

Der spezifische Wälzungsbetrag für die Marktraumumstellung beträgt im Kalenderjahr 2023 bundesweit 0,7547 €/kWh/h/a. Die gesamten bundesweit gemeldeten Kosten für Marktraumumstellung belaufen sich auf 232.924.577,16 € für das Jahr 2023. Die gesamten bundesweit gemeldeten Ist-Kosten für Marktraumumstellung belaufen sich für das Jahr 2021 auf 209.455.131,29 €.

Wälzungsbetrag für Marktraumumstellung Kalenderjahr 2022

Der spezifische Wälzungsbetrag für die Marktraumumstellung beträgt im Kalenderjahr 2022 bundesweit 0,7335 €/kWh/h/a. Die gesamten bundesweit gemeldeten Kosten für Marktraumumstellung belaufen sich auf 230.419.223,98 € für das Jahr 2022.

Monthly Auctions for Interruptible Products at Storage Exit

Due to the ongoing high demand for monthly exit products at storages, bayernets has decided to re-submit interruptible monthly products for exits to all of our storages on Thusday, 18 August 2022, 13:00 - 15:00 CEST.

The products will be marketed "unlimited" and published 18 August 2022, 15:00 CEST.

Therefore, sufficient interruptible capacity for all injections into storages (exit grid->entry storage) will be available in the upcoming monthly interruptible auctions starting on Tuesday, 23 August 2022, 09:00 CEST.

IT- Maintenance

Due to an urgent issue, we have to update our IT-systems on Saturday, 09 July 2022, from 09:00 a.m.  – 01:00 p.m. CEST.

During certain periods of this update will not be able…

1. …to process or create nomination- and matching-messages (e.g. NOMINT, DELRES),

2. …to process or create within-day auctions or FCFS-bookings,

3. …to forward load-flow information (e.g. MSCONS),

4. …to process or create any emails.

However, please be assured that all mismatches or other discrepancies regarding your confirmed quantities / allocations etc. will be fixed afterwards. Today German Federal Ministry of Economics (BMWK) has called out the early warning level. In this warning level no capacity restrictions are enforced. With this message we want to make sure that all market participants are aware of this situation and take care of the preparation of necessary measures.

Überackern 2: Interruptible Monthly Auction February 2022

Currently, we have an ongoing monthly firm auction for Uberackern 2 Exit (“Überackern 2/Überackern SUDAL DE->AT” Auction ID 37991466).

The auction is already in the 25th round and it is impossible to know if it will be concluded successfully.

The ongoing firm auction also prevented the interruptible monthly product from being created.

As a workaround for all customers who would like to buy the monthly product for February 2022 for interruptible capacity at Uberackern 2 Exit (Germany->Austria) we offer the following procedure:

1. Please take part in the monthly interruptible auction at Uberackern Exit (not Uberackern 2 Exit!) and place your bit here.
The Auction ID is 38008274 and the auction starts on 25.01.2022 09:00 CET.

2. After the auction please get in touch with us and inform us that you want to switch the product from Uberackern Exit to Uberackern 2 Exit.
Please note:
This is only possible for the complete capacity and the complete runtime (February 2022) and you have to inform us until 31 January 2022, 11 a.m.
Furthermore, this is a unique procedure and only applies for the Exit Uberackern/Uberackern 2 product and only for February 2022.
The prices will change accordingly and the relevant prices for Uberackern 2 will apply.

3. In case you are successfully allocated firm capacity in the ongoing firm bundled auction at Uberackern 2 (Auction ID 37991466) afterwards, you can cancel the interruptible product.

Please note:
This is also only possible for the complete capacity and the complete runtime (February 2022) and you have to inform us until 31 January 2022, 11 a.m.
Furthermore, this is a unique procedure and only applies for the Exit Uberackern/Uberackern 2 product and only for February 2022.

Maintenance Inzenham changed measures

"maintenance Inzenham: Functional Test" ist postponed for one day and now valid 05 October 2021, 07:00 a.m. – 07 October 2021, 04:00 p.m.   - Interruption of all entry and exit flows / all firm and interruptible capacities at Inzenham-West USP.

"maintenance Storage Inzenham  05 October 2021 - 06 October 2021" is cancelled

Over-nomination at Uberackern 2 Entry/Exit

Due to an error during the last days over-nominations at Uberackern 2 Entry/Exit have been possible and the “traffic light” for over-nominations has also shown “green - Over-nomination possible”.

In the meantime, this error has been fixed and over-nominations at Uerackern 2 Entry/Exit will only be possible when all preconditions are met.

Please note that different from the former BZK product all DZK capacities offered at Uberackern 2 have to be sold out before we can accept over-nominations.

This is stated in the regulation “KASPAR” (BK7-18-052) Rationale II 3.3.2.2.:

“Accordingly, within-day bFZK and DZK must be sold out before shippers can be allocated within-day uFZK by means of over-nomination.”

Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber veröffentlichen Biogaswälzungsbetrag 2022

Letztmalig haben die Betreiber der beiden deutschen Marktgebiete NCG und GASPOOL den für 2022 geltenden Biogaswälzungsbetrag ermittelt: Dieser beläuft sich auf 0,5740 Euro pro Kilowattstunde pro Stunde pro Jahr (€/kWh/h/a). Die Kosten für Netzanschluss und Einspeisung von Biogas werden auf die Entgelte für Ausspeisepunkte zu direkt angeschlossenen Letztverbrauchern sowie nachgelagerten Netzbetreibern der Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber in Deutschland gleichermaßen verteilt.

Gemäß § 7 der Kooperationsvereinbarung in der jeweils gültigen Fassung ("KoV") in Verbindung mit dem Leitfaden Kostenwälzung Biogas veröffentlicht die FNBs den im Bundesgebiet einheitlich gültigen spezifischen Biogaskosten-Wälzungsbetrag. 

Künftig wird der Biogaswälzungsbetrag für das Folgejahr durch den Betreiber des gesamtdeutschen Marktgebiets Trading Hub Europe (THE) ermittelt, welches zum 01. Oktober 2021 startet.

FZK storage products not available today!

Regrettably, we have a technical problem affecting the auctions for FZK products at storages on PRISMA today.

For this reason, the FZK product you might intend to book at a storage point today will not be offered.

We kindly ask you to book bFZK instead.

bFZK products are not affected by the problem.

The problem will presumably be fixed today.

Therefore, we expect the FZK storage products to be available again tomorrow.
